"I cannot recommend Jo enough. I was always very sceptical about any therapy in the past. I recently started to suffer from panic attacks triggered by driving on the motorway which became an issue for me as I drive to work daily. The issue was overtaking all my being. I knew that I needed help, but I was scared. Jo talked about hypnotherapy with so much passion that I decided to give it a go as I had nothing to lose. "I have been smoking on and off since I was 14. I gave up several times, but never for long and always started again after a night out with friends or when things became stressful. Since having hypnotherapy I haven't smoked and more importantly - the thing that I notice as different from the other times - is that I don't want to smoke anymore. I don't even think about it anymore, and being with people who are smoking doesn't entice me. I am more than happy and would recommend to anyone!
