WEYBRIDGE HYPNOTHERAPY: ALL ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Jo Camacho, an award-winning hypnotherapist who helps women move from overwhelm and anxiety.

If you’ve been holding everything together on the outside, but feeling exhausted, anxious, or lost on the inside, please know you’re not alone. Many of the women I work with describe feeling like they’ve forgotten who they are beneath the constant pressure to cope. Many of my clients feel they have tried everything else and this was the missing piece.

I offer a calm, supportive space where you can pause, breathe, and begin to reconnect with yourself. Using practical, science-backed techniques, we’ll focus on solutions rather than problems, helping you feel lighter, more in control, and more at peace with your life.

Each session is tailored to you, combining hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and TFT (tapping) to gently shift unhelpful thought patterns and create long-lasting, positive change. My approach is compassionate and forward-focused helping you feel better not just for today, but for the long term.

Sessions are available in person at the Body Mind Centre in Weybridge Surrey, or online if you’re based further afield.

Alongside my private practice, I also lecture with Ayurva Hypnotherapy Training, delivering professional hypnotherapy courses across Surrey, Buckinghamshire, and online.
