Why do our minds become so active in the night? When we have a lot going on in our lives or are feeling stressed or anxious, our minds will often wake us up at night. Did you know that ideally we need 7 hours sleep a night to function properly? Hypnotherapy can break that cycle and help you to gain better quality sleep. In our first session I will give you a bedtime audio to listen to every night. This will help you towards getting a good night's sleep, and ultimately a better life.
